BIO

Shannon McGuire is a graduate of the Bachelors of Business Administration - Food Business Management with a concentration in Advanced Baking Principles from The Culinary Institute of America. As well as the Associate in Occupational Studies, Baking and Pastry Arts at The Culinary Institute of America as well as the Baking and Pastry Arts program at Canadian Food and Wine Institute with Niagara College: Shannon has been studying baking and pastry since 2011 through the Specialist High Skills Major Program at White Oaks Secondary school. Shannon feels that these opportunities have given her a strong background knowledge that she hopes to build on to continue growing her skills.
